Lunch: One saturday per month for an exclusive lunch.
Dinner: From 6 pm, kitchen is open until 9.30 pm.

The kitchen of De Vrienden van Jacob is modern French with a Mediterranean touch. The kitchen brigade work under the inspiring guidance of Executive Chef Alain Alders:
"I am always searching for a good balance between classic and modern tones. The basis of our dishes is mostly classic but they are prepared with the most modern kitchen techniques and presented in a contemporary manner. Eye-catching, ingenious and pure.
Appealing to the taste of connoisseurs of today, with plenty of room for creativity but without becoming ‘art for the sake of art’. With this I choose for the combination of light digestible ingredients and garniture whose flavour match with one another. Most certainly we work with high quality, daily fresh and seasonal ingredients."
